Well-crafted furniture should last generations, and to honor that belief every piece of custom furniture we create comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner. For any and all faults that result from wood defects or flawed craftsmanship we will cover all labor and material costs to make it right.

This does not cover general wear or breakages resulting from accidents or misuse, and shipping charges may apply.

Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality of every piece that leaves our shop, so if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.

Warranty for online orders

We do our best to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately, and every item leaving our shop meets a high quality standard. If you feel either of these were not met, or in cases where packages were lost or damaged in transit, reach out to us and we’ll issue a replacement at our expense.
